Because activation without formation can become dangerous.
What you carry matters. So does who you are becoming.
We aren’t interested in helping people become impressive. Gifts matter. Calling matters. Skill matters.
But Scripture continually brings us back to character, humility, love, faithfulness, wisdom, integrity, teachability, and relationship with Jesus. Equipping isn’t simply about becoming better at doing something for God. It’s about becoming the kind of person who can faithfully steward what He entrusts to you.
